PAYMENT
Triune does not have customer accounts.
All customers are required to pay in advance of goods being dispatched.
TAXES & DUTIES
Outside New Zealand, Triune does not charge value added taxes (GST, VAT etc.) For New Zealand customers GST is inclusive.
Triune is not responsible for paying any duties that may be imposed.
Triune is not responsible for any additional bank fees charged during electronic transfer of funds (usually related to a customer's paying agent/bank not using the INTERNATIONAL SWIFT CODE.)
Triune is not responsible for any credit card fees a customer's bank may impose.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Delivery charges are inclusive in the stated price.
PROCESSING ORDERS
After payment Triune endeavours to process and dispatch orders within two working days.
PRODUCT GUARANTEE
Triune Initiatives guarantees that the items you purchase are the same as those advertised.
REFUND POLICY
Choose carefully.
You are not entitled to return goods for a refund if you’ve simply decided you don’t want the goods because you have changed your mind, or you have found the 'missing' resource and no longer need the replacement you purchased.
FAULTY GOODS
You are entitled to a replacement if the goods are faulty.(e.g. missing pages), or there is misinformation in the advertising. Failure to read and comprehend all the given information does not constitute misinformation.
INCORRECT ORDER
If any item(s) received do not match your specific order (as per the online order/manual order form), Triune will replace the item(s) with the correct one(s) and reimburse the cost of the return delivery of the incorrect items (excludes any express delivery).
NOTE: The returned items must not have been used, copied, or damaged.
