FAQ: PURCHASING RESOURCES

Who can purchase a PROBE2 Assessment kit?

Triune (and any agent) will only sell PROBE2 kits to recognised educational institutions and educational specialists - such as support/resource teachers, advisors, speech pathologists and phsycologists. They are only to be used for legitimate assessment purposes,  i.e. not as a teaching/upskilling resource. 

Who can purchase the PROBE2 Supplementary kit?

RECOGNISED SCHOOLS ONLY
The school must have at least one full PROBE2 kit. 
Can only be used within the one school/campus.

How does PAYPAL ordering work?

Paypal holds the money from the customer's credit card.
Paypal immediately sends an email to Triune.
The Triune office must approve the transfer of funds.
Triune defers approval of transfer of funds for at least one hour.
This allows an opportunity for:
1. The customer to email office@triune.co.nz to cancel the order
Full payment is returned to customer's account.
2. Triune to cancel or delay the order if an issue is encountered.
The customer will be contacted.

Can I pay on invoice?

Triune is a direct marketing business selling online.
However, it will provide a pro-forma invoice to customers who prefer/require it.  

HOW THIS IS DONE
An order is made using a downloaded manual order form.
Once Triune receives this order, 
a pro-forma (pre-pay) invoice is dispatched. 
As soon as payment of this invoice is received and approved, goods are dispatched.

Zone 2 SALES: Australia (only)
Can I purchase from an Australian distributor?
Although Triune Initiatives promptly distributes all of its resources directly to anywhere in Australia (freight free), Australian (only) customers have the option of purchasing resources from: ACER Press in Melbourne.

What currency do I pay in?
Australian dollars. 
If paying by cheque, just send a normal (Australian) cheque.  

Does Triune have an ABN?
As Triune Initiatives is a New Zealand company, it is not entitled to an ABN as it is not carrying on an enterprise in Australia.

If requested, Triune will send new customers paying a pro forma invoice a completed Australian Taxation Office form
JS10840Statement by a Supplier.

Zone 4 SALES:E. Asia, USA, Canada, some of Europe
Can I purchase from another distributor?
NO.  Once payment has been received, Triune promptly distributes resources directly to customers in Zone 4.

What currency do I pay in?
NZD - New Zealand dollars

Zone 3 SALES: United Kingdom
Can I purchase from another distributor?
NO.  Once payment has been received, Triune promptly distributes resources directly to customers in the UK.

What currency do I pay in?
GBP (£) - British pounds


Do not add VAT to a payment.

Zone 5 SALES: Rest of the World
Can I purchase from another distributor?
NO.  Once payment has been received, Triune promptly distributes resources directly to customers in Zone 5.

What currency do I pay in?
NZD - New Zealand dollars

SALES: South Pacific
Can I purchase from another distributor?
Although Triune Initiatives promptly distributes all of its resources directly to anywhere in the Pacific (freight free),Customers in Samoa, Tonga, Cook Is, Solomon Is, Kiribati, Niue, PNG, Fiji & Vanuatu have the option of purchasing resources from: Read Pacific
