HOW A STRIPE PAYMENT WORKS

Stripe deducts the purchase price from the customer's credit card

and deducts a non-refundable fee from the amount paid to Triune..

Stripe emails Triune to approve the transfer of funds.

If a customer wants to cancel an order they should immediately email office@triune.nz

to have the payment (less the Stripe fee) returned to the their account.

Triune will cancel or delay the order if an issue is encountered.

The customer will be contacted about this.
