HOW STRIPE PAYMENTS WORK
Stripe deducts the purchase price from the customer's credit card
and deducts a non-refundable fee from the amount paid to Triune.
Stripe emails Triune to approve the transfer of funds.
If a customer wants to cancel an order they should immediately email office@triune.nz to have the payment (less the Stripe fee) returned to their account.
Triune Initiatives will cancel or delay the order if an issue is encountered.
The customer will be contacted about this.

Online payments are made through STRIPE - a PCI Level 1 Service Provider
(the highest level of certification in the payments industry).

STRIPE debits a customer's credit card and immediately emails
a notification to the customer and the order to Triune Initiatives.
For orders of resources, Triune Initiatives will email a receipt (tax only applies to NZ).
All prices/payments are in New Zealand dollars (NZD)
with the exception of Australia where payments are in Australian dollars (AUD) and UK + Channel Islands where payments are in British pounds (GBP)

Delivery costs are included in the stated price*.

After payment Triune normally processes orders within 2 working days.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery normally takes from 2 -10 working days (main centres) depending on your zone & location.

A physical address is the preferred option for delivery.
Wherever possible we send our orders by courier.
AUSTRALIA
Orders over $1000 may be dispatched as a split order.

*If you prefer, or if the postal service in your area is unreliable,we can send your order to you with international express courier DHL. There is an additional charge for this service. Contact the Triune Initiatives office for more information.
PAYMENT
Triune Initiatives does not have customer accounts.
All customers are required to pay in advance of goods being dispatched.
TAXES & DUTIES
Outside New Zealand, Triune Initiatives does not charge value added taxes (GST, VAT etc.). For New Zealand customers GST is inclusive.
Triune Initiatives is not responsible for paying any duties that may be imposed.
Triune Initiatives is not responsible for any additional bank fees charged during electronic transfer of funds (usually related to a customer's paying agent/bank not using the INTERNATIONAL SWIFT CODE.)
Triune Initiatives is not responsible for any credit card fees a customer's bank may impose.
DELIVERY CHARGES

Triune Initiatives guarantees that the items you purchase are the same as those advertised.
REFUND POLICY
Choose carefully.
You are not entitled to return goods for a refund if you’ve simply decided you don’t want the goods because you have changed your mind, or you have found the 'missing' resource and no longer need the replacement you purchased.
FAULTY GOODS
You are entitled to a replacement if the goods are faulty.(e.g. missing pages), or there is misinformation in the advertising.
Failure to read and comprehend all the given information does not constitute misinformation.
INCORRECT ORDER
If any item(s) received do not match your specific order (as per the online order/manual order form), Triune Initiatives will replace the item(s) with the correct one(s) and reimburse the cost of the return delivery of the incorrect items (excludes any express delivery).
NOTE: The returned items must not have been used, copied, or damaged.
