PROFORMA INVOICE: prepayment

1. You ask to be included as a workshop participant and
    indicate you require a pro-forma invoice before payment.

2. Triune sends an invoice to you (or designated officer/agent).

3. You (or designated officer/agent) pay on this invoice.
     Payment by credit card, cheque, direct debit (TT)

4. Your workshop place is confirmed.
